The vibe. This is a true historic loft with soul: a vaulted, honey-toned wood-plank ceiling, century-old exposed brick, and tall arched windows that pour in downtown light. The palette is calm and design-led, with North Dakota-inspired art, a state-map print, bison photography, and moody forest scenes.

Living & dining. Sink into the big, comfortable gray sectional and stream the night away on the smart TV, or gather at the wood dining table with its midcentury teal chairs. When you need extra room to sleep, the sectional converts into a comfortable bed.

Kitchen. The kitchen means business: white quartz counters and island, dark cabinetry, full-size stainless appliances (refrigerator, oven/range, microwave, dishwasher), a coffee maker, and everything you need to cook and gather, all against that gorgeous brick backdrop.
