The third bedroom boasts 2 Queen beds and the fourth bedroom has a Queen bed. The amenities offered includes a pool and spa, fire pit, and a pool table. This property do not have a short term rental permit and rents for a 31 night minimum. You will be required to fill out a RentSpree application and an additional deposit may be required. Weekly housekeeping service is not provided. However, can be added at the guests expense upon request. Pets are subject to owner approval and may or may not be approved. Cancellation policy and procedures Our goal is to keep our prices as competitive as possible, in order to keep them competitive it's important that we avoid the losses that come from cancellations. Owners of these properties depend on the income and last-minute cancellations result in lost revenue through vacancy and lower prices. For those that don't like the risk that comes with cancellation policies, we strongly recommend you look into travel insurance. We can recommend one for you. If you didn't purchase the travel insurance offered by the booking channel, or the one we recommend, you will likely not get any refund. To ask for an exception to our policy you must first cancel through the booking channel. Exceptions are up to individual owners and are very rare. Your best chance is to ask for a credit to be used for a booking for the same property. The credit can to be used within the window you cancelled. Ie. If you cancel 3 days before your stay and the owners payout is $4500, you didn't purchase travel insurance you may ask for a credit to be used to reserve the same property no more than 3 days before the drag you want to use the credit for.
