This is a Private motel room with your own private entrance and bathroom. Explore the Eastern Sierras using The Historic West Walker Motel as your base. Numerous outdoor activities available include swimming in crystal clear waters, bathing in hot springs, fishing, rafting ++.

Located in the eastern foothills of the Sierra Mountains, BBQ, free WiFi, Streaming TV, and parking for all size vehicles. Walk across the street to Mntn View BBQ, enjoy breakfast at Sweet Water Cafe, or grab a burger at Walker Burger!

This is one of our upgraded standard rooms with a king bed and an en suite bath. Rooms include a coffee machine. Select rooms include a kitchenette with cutlery. A microwave and a refrigerator.

This is an 11 room motel. Ask up about our adjoining rooms, family bunk suites, or one bedrooms suites.

This Historic Motel is run as a boutique AirBnB with keypads for self-check-in and cleaning staff.

Plenty of parking, the best way to get around is by car, truck, van, or RV!
For any inquiries or assistance during your stay, our on-site managers are readily available at the house in front of the motel. We encourage you to connect with them for immediate support.

This is a boutique road side motel. It's off the 395, if you are a light sleeper this may not be the right place for you.

Pets are subject to owner approval and may or may not be approved. If they are approved a pet fee applies. Please inquire with breed, age, and weight of your pet prior to booking. If your pet is approved, it can not be left unattended in the unit. No Cats Allowed.

Absolutely no smoking. Smoking fines start at $500
If you smoke fine is $500, if smoking bothers other guests you will be responsible for any compensation to other guests.

There is a camera that videos the parking lot.

Rentspree application required for reservations of 28 nights or more and be approved based on the report by the owner.

Pet Policy
Pets must be approved before booking. While we offer pet-friendly accommodations, approval is at management's sole discretion based on factors like breed, age, and weight. Bringing a pet without prior written approval will result in an automatic $150 penalty, plus a pet fee if approved. If the pet is not approved, the reservation will not proceed and no refund will be provided. If approved after arrival, the unauthorized pet fee still applies in addition to the applicable pet fee.
If your pet is approved, it can not be left unattended in the unit. No Cats Allowed.

Lost & Found Return Policy
We are happy to assist with returning items left behind. A $100 refundable deposit is required before shipment is arranged. After the item is prepared and shipped, a $35 handling fee and the actual shipping charges will be deducted from the deposit, with the remaining balance refunded to the original payment method.
Please note that return requests are subject to item recovery and availability. We are not responsible for carrier delays, loss, or damage once the package has been shipped.

Mountain Area & Utility Outage Notice
Please be aware that this property is located in a mountain region, where occasional area-wide power, internet, cellular, and other utility interruptions may occur due to weather, wildfire-prevention measures, utility maintenance, infrastructure issues, or other circumstances beyond the Host's control.

By booking this property, guests acknowledge and accept that temporary utility interruptions are a possibility when staying in a mountain community and that uninterrupted utility service cannot be guaranteed.

The Host is not responsible for outages caused by utility providers or other circumstances outside the Host's reasonable control. Temporary area-wide utility outages that are not caused by a condition or failure specific to the property are not grounds for a host-issued refund or compensation.

If an outage occurs, we will make reasonable efforts to provide available information and assist guests; however, the timing of restoration is determined by the applicable utility or service provider.
